Create a free account
Pick a username, add a photo when you are ready and write a few lines about yourself. Your real name and email are never shown.
Fill in what matters
The kind of relationship you want, your interests and lifestyle, and anything about access you would like people to know.
See your daily matches
Every day you get suggestions chosen for you, and you can browse other members' profiles whenever you like.
Start talking
Send a message, take your time, and move to a video call or a first date only when it feels right.
What is free, and what VIP adds
You can meet people without ever paying. VIP and VIP+ are there for members who want more.
Classic (free)
A full profile and photos, daily match suggestions, browsing, posts, polls and comments, free ID verification, and a limited number of messages a day. You can always read and reply to messages from VIP and VIP+ members.
VIP
Everything in Classic, plus unlimited messaging, advanced search filters such as city and distance, members-only chat rooms, private group chats, the chance to see everyone who likes you, and a rewind for profiles you passed by.
VIP+
Everything in VIP, plus a place at the top of other members' daily matches, priority for your messages and likes, and access to exclusive matches. Profile boosts and Super Match messages can be added on.
How your daily matches are chosen
Each day the site suggests members who look like a good fit, based on what you have told it and how you use it. The more of your profile you fill in, the better those suggestions get.
The matches are a starting point, not a rule. You can browse and message anyone you like, and chemistry is still down to the two of you.

What other members can and cannot see
Other members see your username, photos, profile and your nearest town or city. They never see your real name, your email address, your home address or your exact location.
You choose what to say about your disability, if anything, and you can change your profile whenever you like. If anyone makes you uncomfortable, block them; from that moment they cannot message you or view your profile.
Questions about how it works
Is it free to message people?
Yes. Free members get a daily allowance of messages and can always reply to messages from VIP and VIP+ members. VIP removes the daily limit.
Is there an app?
You do not need one. The site works in any web browser, on a phone, tablet or laptop, and you can save it to your phone's home screen for quick access.
How do I get verified?
ID verification is free for every member. There is also a live video check with a moderator, and a profile validation by the team if you would rather not share documents.
Can I just browse before I message anyone?
Yes. Look through profiles and your daily matches for as long as you like. There is no pressure to message anyone until you want to.
What happens after I join?
You set up your profile, then you start getting daily match suggestions and can browse and message members straight away.
